With the exception of the observation tower, all rooms of the castle are accessible by wheelchair, the first and second floor can be reached by elevator. The Schlossinsel Auerlebnis area including the underwater station is also suitable for wheelchairs.
For blind and visually impaired people, there are tactile and acoustic elements on the Schlossinsel area: models, tracks, skins, etc. that can be felt, as well as information texts that can be called up via smartphone.
There is a disabled toilet in the foyer.

Some parts of the hiking trails can be used with wheelchairs in suitable weather.
